Hello and welcome! I'm West Virginia-based cartoonist Danielle Corsetto. I'm best known for my Reuben award-winning webcomic Girls With Slingshots, but I've also written a few Adventure Time graphic novels and used to make Bat Boy comics for the Weekly World News.
My next project is a long graphic novel called Elephant Town, which is halfway done and already 300 pages! It takes place in my hometown of Shepherdstown, WV, and explores the separate lives of four people who live in the same tiny town, but don't know each other.
Elephant Town is currently on hiatus while I work on *SECRET PROJECT*, which should be complete in April of 2025. I'm aiming to have Elephant Town out in book form by 2028.
In the meantime, I regulary practice figure drawing and make a little autobio comic every morning, both of which I share on my Patreon.
I also share bits of my life and art on my personal Instagram, figure drawings on my not-personal Instagram, and cat photos/requests for mundane Dad-level advice on Bluesky.
My obsessions include gardening, meandering walks, power yoga, and licorice.
