	CAROLINE NOT your ordinary sophomore girl. Level-headed, smart and beautiful Caroline is quite a catch, but isn’t the slightest bit aware of it... which attracts Larry even more.
	JUSTIN Larry’s “main man.” Although a video game and role-playing Trekkie, Justin truly believes that he has all the answers to Larry’s girl questions.
	MARY Caroline’s witty best friend. Sarcastic and down-to-earth, Mary simply gets a kick out of Caroline’s boy problems.
	SEAN Larry’s big brother (and chauffeur). Imparts countless bits of sage-like advice to Larry. Known for his one-liner T-shirts.

Larry is a freshman. Caroline is anything BUT sophomoric. Nevertheless, Larry is willing to break his heart over his upperclasswoman crush for even few inescapable hours with her. Enter Larry and Caroline’s best friends, Justin and Mary, and Larry’s big brother Sean, and you’ve got yourself a high school puppy-dog love story.

With a twist of Lincoln Pierce’s Big Nate and Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman‘s Zits, Larry & Caroline was created for a teen-aimed special features page in the Hagerstown Herald-Mail... on a bit of a whim. These are some SUPER-early strips!

Larry & Caroline was picked up by the Herald-Mail in 2000 and was printed as a color bi-weekly special feature. This strip is totally rated G, as it was originally created for a younger audience. It’s nearly impossible to offend someone with this story.
