HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Sorry 'bout the delay, folks. As always, Kris came to the rescue and fixed the DSL line, so I'm back up and running.

Here are the ghost pictures, as promised! Check it out. There was NOTHING in front of me before I shot each of these. They look fairly normal until you mouseover to find...

This was an empty field next to the cemetery that, as we were informed by our paranormal expert tour guide, was "haunted." The lens isn't dirty - I cleaned it several times while I was taking pictures. What you see are "orbs," which somehow represent an entity or mass of energy. All's I know is, they weren't there until I looked at the picture on my screen. Mouseover the image to see the orbs!

While I was looking through my photos on the digital camera, I noticed a bright blue circle around the girl and decided to shoot again to see what happened...

So I shot again...

... and again...

... until it faded away. Apparently there was an orb right between us the whole time!

By the way, those are "dousing rods" the girl is using to "find" ghosts.

My favorite picture came from that very same field. I asked one of the guides what it was and she replied, "Oh, look! You caught some miasma." Miasma? They never talked about miasma in Ghostbusters... check it out (and more orbs, too!)!

This one, however, was probably the creepiest of all. I see this image in my dreams now... whenever I close my eyes... whenever I open them... it's EVERYWHERE! GOOD GOD, DON'T BE FOOLISH! DON'T LOOK AT IT, I TELL YOU, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!!

Heh heh... hey, it ain't "Trick or Treat" without a few tricks.
