Hello, new year! How are you? I'm okay.
As you could not possibly have missed in the ad above, I'm kicking off the new year with my very first mini-signing tour.
I'll be signing in New Jersey and Toronto, as well as visiting Rochester and NYC in between.
I hope you locals can make it!
Books one and two will be available at a special price of $20 per book or $30 for both books.
Plus everyone who visits will get a free limited edition art print (until they run out!) that will ONLY be available at the signings.
I'll give you a peek at 'em to you as soon as they're done!
Additionally, I'm going to be in New York City for a few days, from Sunday the 11th through Wednesday the 14th.
I'd really love to have a GWS fan gathering! Who's in? Where should it be? What should we do? Shall I bring Twister?
So hey New York!
If you know of a good place with cheap drinks and plenty of room - preferably somewhere that won't kick us out for being the drunk webcomics enthusiasts we are - would you pretty-please e-mail me and give me some hints?
I'd hate to miss out on an opportunity to meet some GWS readers in one of my favorite cities in the world.
By the way, my lovely and beloved college friend Sonja is flying in from Berlin to accompany me on this trip.
For those of you who read Ramblers way back in the day, YES, that would be Hot German Chick!
She'll be at both of the signings, so by all means feel free to ask her for her autograph. :)

Home! And my new car! And photos! And, and--
I'm home! And that means comics are back!
That also means I can finally give a belated "hello and welcome" to everyone who's linked over from one of my fave strips, Questionable Content.

I hope you all enjoyed the wallpapers. Sorry for not doing strips, but this trip was kind of a bitch to plan for!
Sonja and I did something different every single day, including two signings, two fan gatherings, and a podcast interview.

To those of you who came out to visit over the week, THANK YOU from the bottom of my perverted little heart!
It was so nice to meet so many of you in person. I deeply apologize for the handful of fuck-ups along the way (last-minute gathering locations, signing delays, major snow and even canceling half of the first signing!).
I hope nobody was stuck out in the cold wondering why Lux wasn't open in Rochester, or why I wasn't at Wild Pig Comics after 4:00.
Speaking of which, I left the remaining limited edition GWS prints for the Jersey signing at Wild Pig Comics, so if you weren't able to shovel your car out and come to the signing, you can still go to the shop and ask for the print, FO' FREE YO.
There are only 32 in existence, and they will never be printed again!
From now on, I'll be distributing books by hand to comic book stores and letting you know where to buy them.
Currently there are only two shops that have copies of my book remaining, and they are right here. Right here!
Do you see them? Look to the right, just below the event schedule.
So if you're in Toronto or northern Jersey anytime soon, you're in luck, 'cause now they got GWS books at a store near you.
Is your local comic book shop just itching to sell GWS books? Now they can!

Before I forget, for those of you who were wondering (because you're such nice people), my brand-new car was rear-ended three weeks ago and now my baby's back in the driveway in one piece. Ah boo boo boo.

NYCC!
Just a reminder that I'll be at New York Comic Con this weekend at the Jacob Javitz Center for the first time since their first show!
I'll be sitting with none other than the Comic Geek Speak guys, the largest collective crush I've ever had.
F'real, ladies. If you're a geek girl and you don't follow the CGS podcast, you're missing out.
Oh yeah, guys too. But for other reasons. :)
